Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, the bustling capital city of Nepal, your Mera Peak adventure begins. You'll land at Tribhuvan International Airport and be greeted by the vibrant atmosphere and rich culture of the city. A comfortable hotel in Kathmandu will be your base for the day, allowing you to recover from your journey and adjust to the local timezone. Additionally, you'll have a pre-climbing briefing with your trekking company to discuss essential details about the ascent and ensure everyone is well-prepared.
An early morning flight takes you from Kathmandu to Lukla, a small airstrip nestled in the Khumbu region. This exhilarating flight provides awe-inspiring views of the Himalayan landscape. Upon landing in Lukla, your trek commences as you ascend towards Chutanga, a charming mountain village. The day's trek offers breathtaking views, and you'll settle into a tea house in Chutanga for the night.

Today marks the culmination of your journey as you aim for the summit of Mera Peak. You'll start early in the morning, making your way through challenging and technical sections. Today, you'll retrace your steps back to Kothe, passing through familiar landscapes and villages in the Hinku Valley. After reaching Kothe, you'll rest there for the remaining time and overnight stay in Kothe.
Today’s trek consists both ascends and descends. You will start walking after your breakfast in Kothe and gradually start gaining altitude until you reach Thuli Kharka. Overnight stay in Thuli Kharka
Today is your last walking of your adventure of Mera Peak in Nepal. It’s an easy descend walking to Lukla via Zatrwa La pass. After reaching Lukla you will have last dinner with all of your supporting staffs. Overnight in Lukla
You will catch early morning flight to Kathmandu from Lukla. The 35 minute flight will provide you amazing views of Himalayas. Once landed on Kathmandu you will be driven to hotel by our representative. You can enjoy the rest of the day in Kathmandu doing things you like. This day is actually planned as buffer day too as just in flight gets cancelled due to bad weather.
Today is planned as a backup day just incase of flight did not took off on planned day due to weather issues. Upon arrival on Kathmandu you will enjoy while sightseeing in Kathmandu. You will be visiting Boudhanath, monkey temple, durbar square areas which are listed in world heritage site by UNESCO. The interesting durbar square premises will take you back to medieval period of Kathmandu. Later in the evening you will enjoy cultural dinner program at one of the Nepalese restaurant.
Today one of the representative from our office will drop you of at the international terminal of the airport for your onward journey.
